This Tricycle Motorcycle Research is a continuation of the previous year's research with the title Design and Build of a Three-Wheel Motorcycle which aims to help people with disabilities. In the development process to the stage of making the frame and testing the results of previous research, there are several obstacles such as the weight of the steering handlebars to turn the two-wheel system in front. Based on these problems, further research will be carried out to improve and simplify the system (simplification) which aims to reduce system parts and also have an impact on reducing the number of processes from welding and steering axle torque. The method used to modify a three-wheeled motorcycle is NOP (Number of Part) which aims to reduce materials in the manufacture of the main frame to produce a design that uses a simpler main frame system, from the results of a simplification process that can reduce the number of processes by 65% from the previous as much as 70% of the parts and the force needed to turn the steering wheel is 22.7N.
