ANALISIS SINYAL GETARAN PADA GENERATOR 3 KW DENGAN KASUS MISSALIGNMENT DAN MECHANICAL LOOSENESS

This research was conducted for analyzing the vibration signal spectrum of misalignment condition and mechanical looseness in the 3 KW generator. In this research, 2 types of fault were analyzed, namely misalignment and mechanical looseness with frequency domains. From the spectrum of vibration signals in parallel misalignment on the generator, the radial direction graph shows the Peak that appears at 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x Rpm and has a pattern of getting smaller at a frequency of 0-100 HZ. In the condition of mechanical looseness on the generator, the peak that appears at 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x Rpm in a frequency of 0-200 HZ. The peak that appears irregularly which characterizes that indicates the occurrence of mechanical looseness in the construction of the generator.
