SISTEM MONITORING KADAR CH4(METANA) DAN H2S (HIDROGEN SULFIDA) BERBASIS IOT
Keywords:
CH4 (Methane), H2S (Hydrogen sulfide), MQ4, MQ136, NodeMCU ESP32, SmartphoneAbstract
The content in the biogas it self where there are Ch4(methane), Co2(carbon dioxide), O2(dioxygen) and H2s(hydrogen sulfide) gases and before entering the engine there is a filtration process in this process monitoring Ch4 and h2s values is still done manually so that the process is not always carried out optimally due to time and weather constrains. There fore, ths project wa made with MQ4 and MQ136 sensors to detect Ch4 and H2s values using a blower placed in an airtight box. The component is then connected to the NodeMCU ESP32 so that it acan be connected to a smartphone, so that the Ch4 and H2s values can be monitored via smartphone though the blynk application. The test result will be obstained Ch4 value from the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the error ratio of the MQ-4 value and gas analysis ranges from 4 to 6 % and from the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the error ratio of the MQ-136 value and gas analysis ranges from 8 to 11% as well as Ch4 measurements range from 48% to 60% and H2s range from 10 ppm to 100 ppm and if the value is less or more then it will turn on the buzzer.
