Abstract

The development of science and technology has increased very rapidly. This situation has an impact on all areas of human life, one of which is the production of concrete bricks. So far, the manufacture of concrete bricks made manually has not been able to produce fast time efficiency. From the results of a survey conducted, the process of making concrete bricks has not been able to produce efficient time. Because products with low capacity and quality are not standard concrete bricks like those on the market. From these problems there needs to be innovation that supports a better production process. The goal to be achieved is to design a machine to print solid concrete bricks with a capacity of 6 solid concrete bricks in a short time. 1 minute in one process. The method that will be carried out is machine design, calculation, manufacturing process. The method for designing and manufacturing a solid concrete brick molding machine refers to VDI 2222. From the stages of the method carried out, the design and construction of a solid concrete brick molding machine is obtained. From the trial, the expected result is a die press design that can produce 6 solid concrete bricks in one press with 1 minute.
