This robot must be actively controlled to stabilize it so that it remains balanced perpendicular to 0˚ above the ball on the ground or floor. The control system used is the PID control system. The tests carried out include sensor testing, motor testing, robot response testing, and the implementation of the PID control system on the robot. Of the various tuning methods tested on the robot, the manual tuning method gives the robot a slightly longer fall time of 320ms, compared to other methods, namely Ziegler-Nichlos=70ms, CHR Overshoot 0%=170ms, CHR Overshoot 20%=160ms, and Cohen-Coon =150ms. Helmets marked with SNI are helmets that have passed the tests required by SNI 1811-2007 and have received the SNI mark. There are many types of helmets on the market that have passed standardized tests and one of them is the penetration test. Penetration test with a conical metal nail for testing. The indenter falls from a maximum height of 1.6 m, if the helmet is see-through, it means the helmet has failed the standard test, and vice versa. Therefore the penetration test tool is a tool design made on a standard SNI 1811-2007 helmet with safe operation. As well as determining the function of the tool parts and the simulation results of this penetration test tool running properly and correctly. The results of the penetration test design that have been carried out are that designing the drawing of the penetration test tool is in accordance with the SNI 1811-2007 standard which is where the height from the tip of the indenter to the test material is 1.6 meters and the specifications of the indenter with a conical indenter tip 60°, metal hardness 40-50 Rockwell -C, and the overall weight is 3 kg. The most widely used smart devices are smartphones. In this study, a smartphone is used as a device to control artificial lighting in the form of lamps. If lamps generally use an electric switch to turn on and off, this control system allows smartphones to be used as real-time light on-off control remotely using the Internet of Things (IoT). The control system is programmed using Arduino IDE and using NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller. This system can be run using a smart home application that connects users with smart lamps. The application is created using Mit App Inventor and the data is stored in a database that is Firebase. Therefore, a measuring instrument is needed to monitor the pH value, temperature, and water turbidity. This study aims to make it easier for PDAM employees to check the IoT-based pH, temperature, and turbidity values of water. The method used in this research is data collection, block diagram design, testing, and data analysis. Which is important for working in dangerous area. To move independently, the robot must be able to identify its environment and know its position in the form of two-dimensional map. This research used Simultaneous Localization And Mapping (SLAM) method combined with of RPLidar A1M8 sensor and Robot Operating System(ROS) for identification the evironment. As a results, Autonomous robot is capable of mapping and delivering information of the robot can map and localize its position in an environment with mapping error 0,21% and 1,14% localization. Distance measurement in various angle tendts to stable with mean error 0,98%. Di Bengkel Mekanik, mahasiswa dan dosen dapat meminjam mesin untuk keperluannya. Di dalam Bengkel Mekanik, terdapat banyak mesin dengan tipe yang berbeda, contohnya ada mesin Bubut, mesin Frais serta mesin yang lainnya. Proses peminjaman mesin di Bengkel Mekanik Polman Negeri Babel masih dilakukan secara manual, yakni dengan melakukan pencatatan peminjaman menggunakan kertas. Hal ini mengakibatkan proses peminjaman menjadi tidak efektif dan proses pelaporan peminjaman menjadi lebih sulit dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses peminjaman mesin di Bengkel Mekanik Polman Negeri Babel melalui pengembangan Sistem Peminjaman Mesin di Bengkel Mekanik Berbasis Web. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan model waterfall di mana pengembangan sistem diawali dengan proses analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian berupa Sistem Peminjaman Mesin di Bengkel Mekanik Berbasis Web. Sistem yang dikembangkan diuji dengan menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan kesesuaian sistem dengan user requirement diujikan ke user untuk mendapatkan user accaptance. One of them is an electrical energy efficiency system. For this reason, it is necessary to test an appropriate energy source. In this study, the test aims to determine the characteristics of the DC generator, the output of the DC generator will function as a battery charging source which is then used for energy efficiency systems in hydroponics. The test is carried out by comparing the pump height to the DC generator, the incoming water discharge and the DC generator rotation. With a pump height of a DC generator as far as 120 cm and a resistance load of 100 , the flowrate is 1L/minute, the DC generator rotation is 162 rpm and the lowest output power is 0.224 milliWatt. With the pump height to the DC generator as far as 30 cm, the flow rate is 25L/minute, the DC generator rotation is 956 rpm and the highest output power is 0.1 Watt. Previous research using resam fibers as composite reinforcement materials showed that resam fibers have an effect on tensile strength and impact strength based on NaOH treatment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to utilize resam fiber as a composite reinforcement material. Not only resam fiber, this study also utilizes shaved wood powder / itchy field as a composite strengthening added material. The method used in this study is a factorial experimental method, where the parameters used are variants of fiber volume fraction and wood powder. The volume fraction variant used is 8% fiber: 4% wood powder, 6% fiber: 6% wood powder, 4% fiber: 8% wood powder. The results of tensile testing showed the highest tensile strength was located at a percentage of 8% fiber: 4% of wood powder was 14.5 MPa and the lowest tensile strength was located at 4% of fiber: 8% of wood powder was 12.64 MPa. One of them is 3D printing FDM. The advantages of this technology are that it can print various shapes such as cups and bowls, the material is easy to obtain, low maintenance costs and unattended operation, but it has limitations, one of which is related to the dimensional accuracy of the prints, as a result the resulting product is still not in accordance with the desired design. The final setting of control factors in the optimal FDM 3D printing process is recognized as one of the most important steps to improve product quality. Research on determining the control factors of the Anycubic 4max machine on the bush products made of nylon filament. Varied control factors are nozzle temperature, bed temperature, layer thickness, wall thickness, flowrate, print speed, overlap, infill density, infill speed. Experimental design and optimization using the Taguchi method. The experimental design uses an L<sub>27</sub> orthogonal matrix with 3 levels. The results showed that the highest dimensional accuracy was at experimental number 20 with a value of 9.97 mm and the smallest was at experimental number 1 with a value of 9.71 mm. UMKM in controlling the temperature still use the manual method,namely if the temperature of the oil has started to heat up and the product started to brown,the stove knob is reduced and otherwise if the temperature isn’t hot enough,the stove knob will be raised.However,UMKM can’t detect the temperature used at that time,causing many production defects.From the results that has been carried out in UMKM, technology is needed to stabilize the temperature of the frying pan so that the production results produce the appropriate product. The method used is a quantitative method, namely by means of experiments and data collection on each component. The solar panel component used is 100 Wp and can produce a maximum voltage of 12,6 volts. The voltage from solar panels is used as a source of battery charging. The battery used is a 12V 7Ah. In the battery charging process, a buck boobt converter is used as a voltage controller that can increase or decrease the voltage from an unstable solar panel. The voltage used in the battery charging process, the faster the battery will charge. Sistem informasi manajemen proyek akhir merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang dirancang untuk membantu kegiatan proyek akhir di Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. With this 3D printer, users can create a ready-to-use product. This research uses ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) filament because mechanically this filament is very strong and has resistance to high temperatures. Printing is done with the Anycubic 4Max 3D printing machine, while the specimen size is 115 mm x 19 mm x 4 mm. This study uses the Taguchi L16 method with 13 factors and 2 levels printed as many as 48 specimens. So that the tensile test results were obtained with the highest value of 30.46 MPa in the second experiment the lowest with a value of 25.31 MPa in the third experiment. This study aims to obtain a monitoring system for temperature, hot air velocity, and humidity of a pepper dryer using Arduino technology. The design of electrical hardware tools using "Fritzing" software. The system components use Arduino as a microcontroller and DS18B20 temperature sensor, DHT22 humidity sensor, wind speed sensor and LCD. System testing was carried out on a pepper dryer to determine the system's ability to measure and display the results of temperature, air velocity and humidity sensor measurements. The measurement of sensor accuracy is carried out by comparing the results of system measurements on the LCD with a thermometer, anemometer and hygrometer in the span of 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. The test results show that the drying system operating parameter monitoring system is able to measure and display the results on the LCD with a temperature parameter error rate of 0.54% (99.46%), air flow velocity 0.3% (99.7% accuracy) and humidity. 0% (100% accuracy). This study aims to see the difference between a continuous water cycle where the pump will continue to pump water into the tank through a hot cross-section with a delayed water cycle where the pump will stop for 10 seconds so that the water sits on the copper pipe first. One of them is by making cigarette butts as an alternative material made from composites. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in cigarette filter waste fibers on the tensile and impact strength of the polyester matrix. The fiber volume fraction includes 15% : 85%, 22.5% : 77.5%, 30% : 70% with horizontal, vertical and cross fiber directions. The material used is cigarette filter waste fiber. Standard ASTM D-638-1 is used as a reference for tensile tests and ISO 179-1 for impact tests. The results of this study showed that the maximum tensile strength of the fiber volume fraction was 15% with the cross-direction arrangement of 42 MPa and the maximum impact strength was found in the 30% fiber volume fraction and the cross-direction arrangement of 0.03068 J/mm2. Alkalization is one of the modifications of natural fibers to develop a compatible fiber-matrix. This exploration strategy uses the hand lay-up technique. The research that has been tried aims to ensure the contribution of the CNC MORI SEIKI SL-25 machining process parameters to reduce the alteration of the workpiece surface roughness reaction simultaneously. As well as setting the right parameters of the CNC MORI SEIKI SL-25 machining process parameters in order to obtain a minimum workpiece surface roughness. The machining process parameters that were varied were cutting speed, feed depth and feed motion. The experimental design was inaugurated based on the Taguchi method and in the form of an orthogonal matrix L9 (33). The analysis used is Taguchi. Experiments were carried out randomly with 3 replications to overcome the obstacles that occurred during the machining process. The research results show that to reduce the alteration of the response simultaneously, the cutting speed has a value of 61.98%, the depth of feed has a value of 16.28%. And eating motion has the smallest value of -12.45%. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact strength of friction welding joints. The material used in this research is low carbon steel St.41 in the form of of a solid cylinder which has a diameter of 13mm. In some previous studies, attempts to find the optimum composition of light brick mixtures used experimental methods that evaluated the influence of a factor in an experiment. The outcome of a production process can be influenced by a variety of factors. In this study was conducted to find the optimum composition of light brick building materials by applying the Response Surface Methode method. The machine experienced failures in the threaded bushing, timing belt, and flat belt, affecting the cutting tool grinding process. The research applied an experimental approach, including data collection through technician interviews, visual inspection, and machine manual review, fault identification using the 5 Whys method, and repair or replacement of critical components according to technical specifications. Functional testing demonstrated smooth vertical movement, stable timing and flat belt operation, and machine performance meeting precision standards.
