Abstract

The advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has enabled the development of more efficient and integrated health monitoring systems. This final project aims to design and develop an IoT-based health monitoring device capable of measuring four key health parameters: heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), body height, and body weight. The system utilizes the MAX30100 sensor to detect heart rate and SpO₂, the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to measure height, and a Load Cell combined with the HX711 module to measure weight. The ESP32 microcontroller functions as the main controller that processes and transmits sensor data to Firebase in real-time via Wi-Fi connection. Measurement results are displayed directly on an OLED screen and a web-based dashboard with a simple and informative interface. Based on testing results, the system demonstrates high accuracy, with an average accuracy of 98.83%. This tool is expected to assist individuals in monitoring their health independently and efficiently.
