ALAT DAN KONTROL SUHU, GAS, KELEMBAPAN DAN INTENSITAS CAHAYA PADA FERMENTASI RUSIP BERBASIS IOT

Rusip fermentation is a traditional fish fermentation process whose quality is influenced by temperature, humidity, light intensity, and gas concentration. Conventional manual monitoring makes the fermentation process less effective. This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring and control system for rusip fermentation using an ESP32 microcontroller. The system integrates a DHT11 sensor for measuring temperature and humidity, an MQ-135 sensor for gas detection, a GY-30 (BH1750) sensor for measuring light intensity, and an I2C LCD, Telegram, and Blynk for real-time monitoring. Sensor performance was evaluated by comparing the DHT11 with a UT333 Mini Temperature Humidity Meter and the GY-30 with a Benetech GM1030C Lux Meter. The results showed measurement differences of 0.2°C for temperature, 3% RH for humidity, and 0.9 Lux for light intensity. One-week monitoring showed temperatures ranging from 28.70°C to 30.06°C, humidity from 83.40% to 87.70% RH, light intensity from 3.33 to 51.67 Lux, and gas concentration from 1,038 to 1,487 ppm. The proposed system successfully performed real-time monitoring and control, enabling users to remotely monitor the rusip fermentation process.
