RANCANGAN MESIN PEMARUT DAN PEMERAS SANTAN KELAPA
Abstract
Machine used for coconutgrating has been widely circulated in the market, but there are not many tools that can work multifunctionally besides being able to grate can also squeeze to produce coconut milk. The process of grating and squeezing coconut milk has been carried out separately and manually, so the purpose of this study is to make a coconut milk squeezing and squeezing machine continuously which can later grate and squeeze coconut milk in one process, where it is expected that the machine can maximize efficiency to achieve more effectiveness and then a simulation is made using 3D design software such as Solidworks, before making a process simulation that must be done first, namely analyzing and conceptualizing using the VDI 2222 research method, with stages of planning, conceptualizing, designing, and completion. After going through the stages with this method, the design of the coconut milk squeezing and squeezing machine can be obtained as needed.
