RANCANGAN DESAIN PENGHAPUS TULIS OTOMATIS BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ARDUINO UNO

Whiteboards serve as the primary instructional medium in classrooms. However the manual cleaning process often wastes time. To address this issue, an automated whiteboard eraser system for a 50x70cm board was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method, with a system cleanliness rate reaching 95% in erasing writings on the whiteboard. The device relies on motor dynamos to drive its horizontal and vertical movement mechanisms. To restrict the erasing range while calibrating the initial position, the systems utilizes two limit switches (NO and NC). Test results indicate successful integration of all components. The device evenly sweeps the board surface within a single operational cycle and automatically returns to its initial position, making the learning process both efficient and hiegenic.Performance testing indicates that the average duration of the sweeping movement varies between 3 to 23 seconds depending on the tested cycle variation and mechanical direction.
