The fertilizer packaging process is one of the important stages that affects the quality and safety of the product. The sealing machine used in the Precision Agriculture D4 Study Program still has several limitations, such as the machine being in a horizontal position, limited conveyor capacity, no height adjustment mechanism for the machine, and the absence of a system to guide bags to the sealing area. These conditions make the packaging process less optimal and require manual adjustments by the operator. Therefore, the sealer machine design was modified to improve effectiveness and ease in the fertilizer packaging process. The methods used in this study include identifying needs, literature review, concept design, 3D modeling using SolidWorks software, and evaluation of the resulting design. The modifications made include changing the machine position from horizontal to vertical, increasing the conveyor capacity from 3 kg to 10 kg, adding a mechanism to adjust the machine's height so it can match the size of the sacks, and adding guiding components at the end of the sacks to make it easier for them to enter the sealing area.
